Family Times - Jayron is 10 months old!

Mid June, 2010 ~

It was a nice evening, with a gentle breeze coming in from the pond just off our front porch. On such evenings, we like to sit outside and just suck in the fresh evening air. Jayron loves it outside too. He even started clapping his hands! See him with Aaron in one of the pictures.

Henry Ashu Send-off

June 12, 2010 ~

We hosted a party for Henry Ashu, one of our Cameroonian friends and brother. He is done with his Master's degree in Food Science and is now moving to Canada. We'll miss him terribly. There he is in the center of the picture. He wanted a white party...so! It was fun.

Feh takes her Holy Communion

For the Catholic Christians, this is a big deal. My aunt and family are Catholic Christians. So my cousin, Feh, was receiving her first holy communion on her birthday. It was a big event with a big celebration afterwards. Congratulations, Feh!

Jayron's friend, Yumbi, turns 1 yr Old!!

June 19, 2010 ~

Yumbi was born 6 weeks before Jayron, so he and Jayron are quite close in age. He's the son of my good friend, Adeline. He had a party at Chucky Cheese. It was fun. We played lots of fun games, while Yumbi mostly looked unconcerned!:)
